If you witness or become aware of suspected misconduct, abuse of authority, or other issues involving employees within the SKILVUL, please report them through this page. If your report meets the WBS criteria, it will be processed accordingly.

Definition of a Whistleblower

A whistleblower is someone who reports suspected criminal acts of corruption occurring within their organization, or another relevant party with sufficient access to information regarding the alleged corruption.”

Your report will be easier to follow up if it meets the following criteria:

5W + 1H Framework

• What: Description of the irregularity or incident being reported
• Where: Location of the incident
• When: Time the incident occurred
• Who: Individuals (officials/employees) involved
• Why: Reason or motive behind the misconduct
• How: Method or process by which the act was carried out

Include supporting evidence (data, documents, images, or recordings) that clarify or substantiate the suspected misconduct, abuse of authority, or other issues.

🔐 Whistleblower Confidentiality

The Directorate General of Higher Education (Ditjen Dikti) will maintain the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity. Reports may be submitted using a pseudonym or alias. Please ensure that no one else has access to your username and password.
